Young at Heart!
You're never too old to try something new or discover new places, and we're here to make it as easy as possible for you. In 2007, we welcomed our oldest guest, a mere 73 years young, who was volunteering in Ban Talae Nok village. Around 30 percent of our visitors and volunteers are over 50 years old and we understand that age shouldn't be a barrier to enjoying new cultures and places.
We have a variety of volunteer activities and eco tours to suit a variety of abilities. You can do as much or as little as you like during your time with us.

For the more active, we have mangrove and orchid conservation; the less energetic may want to assist the handicraft cooperative ladies making handmade soap and batik. All our older travelers and volunteers have loved visiting the local school to teach and play with the children. Everyone enjoys driving the long-tail boat, a first for all!
You'll be accompanied by an English speaking translator (Thai or English, your choice) to allow to you fully appreciate and understand the new and delightful things you will be doing and seeing. You don't have to be part of a group, you can visit us alone. We'll make sure you have everything you need for a great trip.
