Andaman Discoveries is made possible by staff, volunteers, and interns who are willing to work hard for minimal financial benefit. This is because the other rewards of working with communities are priceless: the friendships, the experiences, and possibility to live in this beautiful region.

Our success depends on reaching out to responsible tourists and operators. However, funds for marketing are limited and we need all the help we can get. We have positions available for tourism, community development and IT interns or professionals. Much can also be done from the comfort of your home, too.

Please note that we require a minimum commitment of six months.
