When the government offered a soap-making workshop, 19 women from Ban Talae Nok applied, hoping to gain new skills and an income. The cooperative approached Andaman Discoveries for help with marketing and business development. By offering a practical and reactive approach, we have worked alongside the International Labor Organization (ILO) and Thai Craft to build group dynamic and find sustainable markets. By purchasing and enjoying these amazing soaps, you are doing so much more than just buying a product: you are empowering the producers to achieve self reliance.
